Order online without calling first
You can place your solar equipment order on the Phase Energy website and pay by EFT. You do not need to phone or WhatsApp us before every purchase. Our team is available if you want help choosing equipment, need a system quotation or have a question about your order.
Choose the equipment you need
Check the product name, exact model, quantity and the items included before ordering. If you are replacing or expanding an existing system, compare the model information with the equipment you already have. If you would like assistance, send your existing inverter and battery models, the appliances you want to power, your budget and your location to sales@phaseenergysa.co.za.
For complete systems, tell us whether you need equipment only or installation as well. Installation scope, site requirements and any additional work should be agreed in the quotation. Keep your invoice, model information and the warranty documentation supplied with the equipment.
Pay by EFT through your order
Place your order online and follow the EFT payment instructions supplied through the order process. Use the payment reference provided for your order and keep your order and payment records together. If you need help understanding an instruction, contact our sales team before making payment.
How we fulfil your order
Order products shown as in stock and choose courier delivery or Randburg collection. Our team will communicate the arrangements for your order. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and arrange a refund within seven working days.
Courier delivery or arranged collection
We arrange nationwide courier delivery through The Courier Guy or another service agreed with you. Single-item orders qualify for free shipping within South Africa, and orders over R10,000 qualify for free delivery within Gauteng. Other delivery fees must be quoted and agreed before payment. If you need a delivery quotation or want to discuss a preferred courier, email our sales team with the products and delivery area.
Our normal courier dispatch/delivery timeframe is 24–48 hours after funds reflect in our account. Our team will communicate your dispatch or collection arrangements.
Our warehouse is at Unit D7, Mikro Industrial Park, Strydompark, Randburg, 2194. Walk-ins and collections are welcome. Items held off-site can usually be brought to our warehouse in 1–2 hours; our team will confirm the collection time. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.
We also offer nationwide installation, with installers and stock distribution warehouse locations in Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Cape Town. Contact us with your location and requirements for an installation quotation.
