What your installer needs to check
Electrical compatibility
Battery voltage and communication, inverter phase, PV input limits and panel string arrangement must be checked for the exact models supplied.
Site equipment
Your installer must specify suitable mounting, cable sizes and lengths, isolators, fuses, surge protection, earthing and distribution-board work for the site.
Installation and compliance
Labour, commissioning, compliance documentation and supply-authority applications are excluded from supply-only quotations unless expressly included in writing.
Order, pay and collect or courier.
Send your preferred configuration, location and installer’s requirements to sales@phaseenergysa.co.za. Once the written equipment quotation is agreed, pay by EFT using the reference provided. We will confirm your delivery or collection arrangements. If we cannot supply the quoted equipment, we arrange a refund within seven working days.
