Delivery and Collection

Nationwide delivery

Phase Energy arranges courier delivery across South Africa through The Courier Guy or another agreed courier service. You can place your order online and pay by EFT without calling first. We fulfil orders from our warehouse and supplier network.

Delivery fees

  • Single-item orders qualify for free shipping within South Africa. A single-item order means a total quantity of one item.
  • Stock orders over R25,000 qualify for free nationwide courier delivery within South Africa.
  • Orders over R10,000 qualify for free delivery within Gauteng.
  • For other orders, delivery depends on the goods and destination. The delivery charge must be agreed and included in your total before you pay. Email sales@phaseenergysa.co.za if a delivery quote is needed or you want to use a preferred courier.

When to expect your order

Our normal courier dispatch/delivery timeframe is 24–48 hours after funds reflect in our account. We will communicate the dispatch and delivery arrangements for your order, including any sourcing delay. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and arrange a refund within seven working days.

Walk-ins and collection

Walk-ins and collections are welcome at Unit D7, Mikro Industrial Park, Strydompark, Randburg, 2194. If an item is held off-site, it can usually be brought to our warehouse in 1–2 hours. Our team will confirm the collection time. For an online collection order, please wait for confirmation that it is ready before travelling.

Delivery assistance

Give us an accurate delivery address, postcode and reachable contact number. Tell our team about access restrictions or special delivery requirements when ordering. If you receive a damaged parcel or the wrong item, keep the packaging and contact phasenergysa@gmail.com with your order reference and photographs.

Installation

Equipment delivery does not by itself include installation. Complete solar kits expressly sold with installation include the agreed standard installation scope. Nationwide installation is available by quotation, with installers and stock distribution warehouse locations in Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Cape Town. The installation scope and price must be agreed for your project.
